Happiness isn't something you find.

It's something you create.

A DIFFERENT WAY TO THINK ABOUT HAPPINESS

A happier life doesn't require a completely different life.

Sometimes it's about changing how we move through the one we already have.

The Happiness Pathway is a space for honest conversations, practical tools and meaningful experiences that help us reconnect with ourselves, redefine what success and happiness mean, and intentionally create more of what matters.

In our lives. In our relationships. And in the way we work.

There is no single pathway to happiness.
The important thing is finding yours.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I'm Charu.

Corporate leader. Author. Coach. Podcast host. And someone who has learned that a life can look successful on the outside while asking for something completely different on the inside.

For much of my life, I understood success through achievement… the career, the milestones, the things we're taught we're supposed to want.

Life had other lessons for me.

Loss, relationships, starting again and navigating my own periods of change taught me that happiness isn't about creating a perfect life. It's about creating a life that feels like yours.

The Happiness Pathway grew from those lessons.

Today, I bring together my experience in corporate leadership, personal transformation, coaching and storytelling to create conversations and experiences that help people reconnect with what really matters.

"Happiness isn't the absence of hard things. It's learning to create a life that can hold them and still feel like yours."
